YOUR NEW ROLE
Your new role, as Social Care Worker, will involve a broad range of
duties including, working directly with the teens while contributing
to the day-to-day running of the residential centre. As Social Care
Worker, you will ensure that the highest quality of care is provided
to the young people, assisting them with achieving their personal
goals as set out in their care plan.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
In order to succeed in your new role, you will hold a recognised
professional Level 7 Social Care or related qualification. In addition
to this, you will ideally have one year?s experience in a
residential setting or two years combined experience working with
young people within a community disability setting or similar. You
must also hold a full driving licence.
